I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?

It is essential to correct your address within hours of placing your order. If your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us promptly by email, providing the correct address. Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a legal period of 14 days to return your order.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition and unused, while being in its original packaging.

When will I receive my order?

Our processing times are 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and your order is packaged and shipped within 7 days depending on stock levels. Delivery times are generally 5 to 12 business days in France, and up to 15 business days throughout Europe.

Delivery times may sometimes be longer for larger items. We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
