Return and refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your package, please contact us at contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr . After your request has been validated, we will send you the form with the return address and the necessary instructions. The return address may vary depending on the location of the warehouse from which the item was shipped.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Gifts :
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified that you returned the item.

Order cancellation (if applicable):
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr within 24 hours of placing your order.

The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours; you must contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel your order before processing and/or shipping.

If the order has already been processed, order cancellation requests will not be considered.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr .

Exchange and voucher (if applicable):

  1. Exchange your item for a different size/colour.

Exchanges are only possible for a different size and/or color of the same model. For any other changes, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and then reordering the desired product.

By default, we offer a credit note valid in our store. However, if you prefer a refund via your original payment method, simply inform us by email at contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr . We will then process the refund at no additional cost. No restocking fees apply to exchanged orders or items returned due to manufacturing defects.

Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

For any return request concerning a defective or non-compliant item, we may ask you for one or more photos. For returns under the right of withdrawal, this step is not necessary.

Refund (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

No right of withdrawal applies to personalized items:

Some items can be personalized upon request, made to order according to your specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it, return it for exchange, or receive a refund for these types of items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Before contacting us, we encourage you to check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card issuer, as a processing delay may apply. If, after these checks, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr .

Delivery (if applicable):

Premium delivery guarantees priority processing of your order, as well as protection against loss, theft, and damage during transit. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after receipt.

In case of breakage or a defective product upon arrival, we will ask you for a photo or video of the product. In case of loss or theft before delivery, a sworn statement and a claim with the carrier will be required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of cancellation. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (defective or non-compliant item), we will cover these costs in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and, if necessary, insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any loss by the carrier.
