All orders are processed by our team within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Prestige Ceiling Lights currently delivers primarily to Europe , the United States, and Canada . For international orders, availability and shipping costs may vary; please contact us at contact@plafonnier-prestige.fr for a quote.
For each order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number. During peak periods, and depending on item availability, orders may be shipped within seven business days.
The choice of carrier and price may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, package size, and shipping country.
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, or if any information is missing, it is essential that you correct your address within hours of your purchase. Please inform us promptly by email, specifying the correct address. An incorrect address can cause delivery complications, or even result in the package being sent to an unintended location. In such situations, we cannot be held responsible.
Shipping method
Via Colissimo, DPD, Colis Privé, CIRRO, UPS, PostNL, DHL, or FedEx (home delivery, collection point, or post office if home delivery fails; delivery time 5 to 15 business days). Some orders may be shipped from multiple suppliers; in this case, the items will be sent separately.
Delivery costs
Delivery charges in France for orders with a purchase amount less than 100 euros are 6.90 euros, above this amount delivery charges are free (in France only).
For deliveries to other countries in the European Union, the delivery costs are €12.90 (except in Switzerland where the delivery cost is €49.90, and may increase depending on the weight of the items).
In the United States and Canada, delivery costs are €14.90.
Deliveries to French overseas territories may be possible, however prices vary and can be high, please contact us for a quote.
Internationally, the delivery cost starts from €19.90, and prices may vary depending on the country. Please contact us for a quote.
